College Counseling for College and Graduate Students
Support for when life on campus feels anything but manageable
Being a college student is supposed to be one of the most exciting times in your life. But for many, it’s also one of the most overwhelming. Between academic pressure, career uncertainty, relationships, identity exploration, and adjusting to life away from home, it’s easy to feel like you're barely staying afloat.
At Tailored Talks Counseling, I specialize in working with college and graduate students who are navigating these challenges. As a clinician with over a decade of experience, I’ve supported young adults through all kinds of transitions—academic stress, anxiety, loneliness, burnout, and questions around identity and purpose.
You're not alone in how you’re feeling.
-
80% of college students report feeling overwhelmed by their responsibilities
-
50% say anxiety has negatively impacted their academic performance
-
40% never reach out for help
You don’t have to be one of those 40%.
Whether you’re struggling to finish the semester, feeling stuck in a major that doesn’t feel right, or simply need someone to talk to about your mental health, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll figure out what’s getting in the way and create a plan that helps you feel more grounded, capable, and connected.

Common concerns I support students with include:
Anxiety and academic pressure
Burnout and motivation issues
Life transitions and adjustment concerns
Identity development and purpose
Relationship challenges and communication
Disordered eating, substance use, and sleep problems
Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about understanding yourself, building helpful tools, and moving forward with confidence. You don’t have to do it alone. Lets work together to expand and make space for all of you!
