College Students Counseling

I’ve been working extensively with college students for the past decade, and I particularly enjoy working with college/graduate students and young adults-helping navigate career and academic difficulties, adjustment concerns, relationships and other life transitions.

Therapy can be very helpful-especially when the end of a semester cannot come quickly enough. According to recent research 80% of college students feel overwhelmed by their responsibilities, 50% have become so anxious, they struggle in school, and 40% don’t seek help, (NAMI, Association for University of college Counseling Center Directors). Issues with sleep, disordered, eating, and substance use along with academic stress and sexual assault are concerns commonly seen across colleges and universities. I’m excited to help you find your purpose and identity!
